Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow tester to join our team. As a Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems, from Workday to ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
  • Testing the data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP), often using ServiceNow's Integration Hub.
  • Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms, such as automated onboarding, offboarding, and other employee life-cycle events initiated in Workday and executed in ServiceNow.
  • Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads, particularly for real-time integrations.
  • Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch to ensure integrations remain intact.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR.
  • Colleague experience: Specific experience with the employee-facing side of HR systems, ensuring a positive and seamless user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and results.
