Job Title: ServiceNow Performance Tester

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Performance Tester to evaluate the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our large-scale ServiceNow instance under heavy usage.

The role involves conducting performance and load testing on ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports. You will simulate up to 20,000 concurrent users to assess system behavior and identify bottlenecks.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Strong knowledge of web application performance testing and familiarity with ServiceNow architecture are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance and load testing for ServiceNow platforms
  • SIMULATE MASSIVE CONCURRENT USERS TO ASSESS SYSTEM PERFORMANCE
  • Analyze response times, monitor system performance, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with QA leads, testers, and ServiceNow experts to design and execute test strategies
  • Document test results and provide recommendations for optimization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience in ServiceNow Testing
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Strong knowledge of web application performance testing
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture (preferred)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
