Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join our Go-To-Market Reporting and Analytics team. In this role, you will help build data models and reports to support the broader sales organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales data, SQL scripting, developing production-quality dashboards, and managing large data sets. They should possess a keen attention to detail, a creative problem-solving mindset, and strong communication skills. This individual will collaborate across functions to empower the sales operations community and leadership in making data-driven, strategic decisions.

What you get to do in this role:

• Build complex data models to perform analysis of sales data in support of various reporting initiatives.
• Research required data and provide insights for ad-hoc questions from leadership.
• Use BI tools to design and implement industry standard best practices for scalable data management and processing architecture.
• Work with local and remote team members to design and build data models and perform data validation, integration testing, and support models.
• Develop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of the enterprise and maintain documentation for all areas of involvement, including metadata objects for end users.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in analytics or related field.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL scripting and writing stored procedures is a must.
• Good understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Proficiency in utilizing Power Query and DAX.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work individually and in a broader, geographically dispersed team.
• Positive "can do" attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges.
