Job Overview

Tata AIG is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales operations in their designated regional territory.

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving salesforce performance, meeting targets, and managing the sales team within the region.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Drive salesforce growth and performance.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with agents.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes.
  • Combined Ratio: Optimize sales and cost structures to achieve a CoR below 102%.
  • Activation: Foster a culture that drives agent productivity and premium growth.
  • Receivables: Implement efficient receivable collection processes.
  • Cheque Bounce: Minimize cheque bounce cases.

    • CSM - Business Development
    • ZSM - Approvals
    • HR Team - Employee Management
    • Operations Team - Process Execution

  • External Stakeholders:
    • Agents - Sales Growth
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Insurance company
  • Graduate degree from any discipline with relevant experience
