Job Description

Manage Secured Business Loans

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and facilitating Cluster and Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective regions.

Main Objectives:

  • Ensure overall revenue targets are met for the Region on a monthly basis
  • Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the Region from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.)
  • Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned Region
  • Maintain branch profitability by ensuring Fee Income = Branch Cost, measured through the branch score card

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate branch network expansion through network planning and identifying potential markets
  • Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues and generate revenue from untapped markets
  • Launch new products to generate new business post consultation with respective Business Heads
  • Formulate sales, distribution, and disbursement strategy for the Region
  • Review all cases in assigned Region to conduct sales personal discussion (PD) to understand the customer profile and ensure right sourcing
