Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Regional Sales Manager
to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships within an assigned region in the logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional logistics solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.Identify high-growth opportunities and create plans to capture market share within the region.Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to drive results.Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture focused on success and client satisfaction.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.Monitor regional market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations to adjust sales strategies and stay competitive.Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns and promotional efforts with regional goals.Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.At least 7 years of sales experience, ideally within logistics or supply chain management.Strong understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation.Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
