
Enterprise Business Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Business Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer engagement solutions and have experience in pre-sales or implementation. A strong focus on solution selling, with the ability to articulate the benefits of cloud computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions, is essential. Additionally, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques, are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outcome-driven conversations to deeply understand and define customer business requirements during discovery calls.
- Co-create future visions for customers on the Salesforce platform, aligning short and long-term goals to drive digital transformation.
- Bring visions to life through compelling product demonstrations, showcasing the versatility and potential of our platform.
- Engage with business users to build solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
- Authoritatively present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels.
- Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies or extracurricular leadership roles.
- A minimum of 7+ yrs of relevant experience in the IT Industry, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
- Relevant industry experience into Retail & Consumer Goods.
- Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required.
- Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution, understand and drive use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs.
- Business Analysis/Business case/return on investment construction.
- Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers.
- Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
