Job Opportunity

The position is for a Senior Manager to lead transformation programs and deliver consulting projects in the healthcare space.

This role involves leading a team of consultants and managers, and requires expertise in business strategy, commercial diligence, cost reduction, and procurement. The ideal candidate will have experience in consulting-led transformation projects and good experience in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence: Lead a team to deliver transformation programs and consulting projects.
  • Expertise in Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Commercial Diligence: Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement processes to ensure effective supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech. or CA+MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic background)
  • MBBS/BDS+MBA

Experience:

  • 8-9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in consulting or industry with significant expertise in business transformation, market assessment, strategy, and business planning
  • In-depth domain knowledge in one or more sectors, including healthcare (private hospitals) and medical devices
