We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. They will work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and share feedback to improve our offerings and pitches.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and client-facing abilities. You should also be familiar with multiple outreach channels and have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential. If you have experience working with international clients and a passion for business growth, we encourage you to apply.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Acquire new clients using any outreach channel, manage the full sales cycle, and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Confidently lead client calls and meetings, identify business pain points, tailor pitches, and build long-term trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with the Founder and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers and share feedback to improve our offerings and pitches.
