Job Role: Digital Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Growth Specialist with proven experience in scaling e-commerce brands.

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital growth campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels.
  • Build full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for e-commerce brands.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to create high-converting campaigns.
  • Optimize ad funnels (from click to purchase) to reduce customer acquisition cost and improve return on ad spend.
2. Conversion & Growth Optimization
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Forecast spends, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment based on past data and industry benchmarks.
3. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
  • Identify opportunities through research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase lifetime value.
4. Collaboration & Creative Direction
  • Work with creative teams to guide ad content (videos, static ads, user-generated content, influencer collaborations).
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
  • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok/Snapchat, Amazon, etc.).
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Data Studio).
  • Deep knowledge of customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, CLV, AOV, retention, attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns with 7–8 figure monthly ad spends.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
