Compensation Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to oversee the end-to-end compensation process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare data for compensation processing, including attendance, leave, earnings, incentives, and deductions.
  • Liaise with the finance department during salary processing.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
  • Ensure audits are completed and reconciled timely in each compensation period.
  • Implement periodic changes related to statutory and organizational policies.
  • Fulfill tax compliance requirements, including provident fund, employee state insurance, tax liabilities, bonus, gratuity, and labor laws applicable to the organization.
  • Responsible for full and final settlement.
Key Requirements:
  • Good exposure to HR software, with experience in human resource management systems an added advantage.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Excel and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High sense of responsibility.
