Additionally, you should be proficient in using IT tools for data analysis and automation. A graduate degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth and deliver business objectives.
2. Foster strong relationships with top customers and stakeholders to drive commercial success.
3. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.
4. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Management (MBA/PG Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a reputable FMCG/Alcobev organization
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using IT tools for data analysis and automation
- Experience in handling both off-premise and on-premise channels
