Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Paid Media efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and driving business growth.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. They will work closely with the paid marketing team to understand campaign objectives and assist in developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed targets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our overall paid campaign strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in leading Advertising platforms Google & Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Proven experience managing paid ads end-to-end: planning, setup, optimisation, reporting and delivery
  • Familiarity with landing page design and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices
  • Ability to craft compelling and persuasive ad copies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics
