Director of Paid Media Strategy

We are seeking a senior marketing leader to own our organization's paid media strategy and growth roadmap. You will oversee multi-channel performance campaigns, align marketing vision with business objectives, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- 10+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing, with proven leadership in paid media.
- A track record of scaling budgets and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to inspire and align cross-team execution.
You will be responsible for defining and executing paid media strategies aligned with brand and growth targets, leading and mentoring the marketing team, overseeing large-scale budgets, and collaborating with creative, data, and sales teams to deliver integrated growth plans.
