
Paid Social Campaign Lead

As a Paid Social Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid social media strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with clients and our Paid Social Director to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
You will be accountable for the execution of these strategies and the achievement of defined key performance indicators (KPIs) across all assigned client accounts. This includes leading the planning and execution of key campaign initiatives, identifying efficiencies and optimizing performance to maximize client return on investment (ROI).
To stay ahead of the curve, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest paid social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. You will integrate new features and best practices into client strategies to ensure they remain competitive and effective.
In addition to strategy development and execution, you will oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day paid social campaign operations. This includes campaign setup, budget management, bid strategy, audience targeting, ad creative review, and performance analysis across various platforms.
Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that all campaign deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also identify opportunities for campaign optimization, A/B testing, and audience expansion to continuously improve performance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. They will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing large-scale paid social campaigns
- Platform expertise: In-depth knowledge and proven experience with major paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Strategic thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective paid social strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results
- Analytical acumen: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders
- Client management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Budget management: Strong understanding of media buying principles and experience managing significant advertising budgets effectively
