Leadership Role in Computer Vision and AI

We seek a skilled leader to drive innovation in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills to manage cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead a team of researchers and engineers, defining project goals and timelines.
    • Foster a collaborative culture and ensure high-performance research output.
  • Research & Development:
    • Design and optimize deep learning algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, and recognition.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in AI and vision technologies.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to present results to stakeholders.
    • Support publications and patent filings, representing the team in conferences and client meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and related libraries.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in medical imaging, autonomous systems, robotics, or industrial inspection.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data management, annotation strategies, and synthetic data generation.
