**Design Leader Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced design leader to join our team and drive the vision for our products.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing intuitive and powerful solutions that empower both internal teams and external users.

The successful candidate will lead a team of talented product designers, setting a vision for user experience across our products. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet user needs and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the holistic design vision for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in early client discussions to shape design strategy, translating needs into actionable insights.
  • Establish and streamline design operations to improve consistency, collaboration, efficiency, and quality across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience in product design within a technology or product-centric company.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent relationship management skills working in a technical environment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
