Project Manager for AI and Vision Development


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the development of innovative solutions in artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills to drive cutting-edge projects from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality research output and product-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers.
  • Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
  • Design, implement, and optimize deep learning and computer vision algorithms for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and recognition.
  • Drive innovation in image analysis, medical imaging, industrial vision, and AI-powered automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and publications in AI and vision technologies.
  • Translate business/clinical/industrial needs into AI-based solutions.
  • Oversee end-to-end pipeline: data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in image processing, computer vision, and deep learning, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role.
  • Strong track record in developing and deploying deep learning models (Unets, CNNs, Transformers, GANs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, DICOM, NIfTY and related libraries.
  • Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
