Job Title: Project Director

  • Main responsibilities include planning, execution and management of multiple web and mobile projects.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for international clients; maintains transparent communication and ensures effective expectation management.
  • Determines project scope, deliverables, timelines and resource allocation; tracks performance using relevant tools.
  • Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

  • Conducts project reviews and generates detailed reports for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manages change requests, scope creep and client escalations proactively.
  • Introduces process improvements and best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Coordinates with developers (PHP, mobile platforms), testers and designers to meet project milestones.
