Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead MEP Design Professional to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities for mixed-use and hospitality projects.

  • This role requires a strong background in MEP systems, extensive experience in the real estate sector, and a deep understanding of sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven track record of successfully leading MEP projects for mixed-use and hospitality developments and demonstrated expertise in implementing sustainable MEP solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

  • Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven ability to lead MEP projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate with senior management, development authorities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical design, MEP design, costing and budgeting, value engineering, and design management.
