Release Train Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Release Train Manager to lead and facilitate our Agile delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, scaled delivery practices, and Agile principles.

  • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features that align with business objectives.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, fostering best practices in scaling frameworks (SAFe or equivalent).
  • Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • SUPPORT RELEASE AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES FOR HIGHLY COMPLEX AND REGULATED SYSTEMS.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Manager, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent).
  • Exposure to highly critical financial systems (Murex experience strongly preferred, or similar trading/risk platforms).
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
