Job Title: Senior UCCE and Release Manager

A career opportunity exists for a skilled professional to lead the development and implementation of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an experienced expert in Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE, and third-party call recording platforms. Knowledge of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC is also required, along with expertise in MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, and understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogue signalling are essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Cisco Voice networks and deploying voice network devices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are crucial, along with ability to collaborate with third-party providers and OEMs.
  • This role involves leading remote and on-site troubleshooting activities, system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, upgradation, and site coordination. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for process improvements through individual contributions and maintaining/updating knowledge bases and documentation.
