Job Title: UCCE L3 Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UCCE L3 Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and expertise in Cisco UCCE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC and troubleshooting.
  • Mastery of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
  • Integration experience with other Tools.
  • Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment.
