This is a full-time role for a Creative Graphic Designer, responsible for designing graphics, developing branding materials, creating web designs, and designing logos.

The designer will work closely with the team to bring creative ideas to life through visual content, ensuring consistency in branding across all platforms.

Crafting the visual identity of Orison involves engaging graphics, social media creatives, and short videos.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing graphics for web, brochures, presentations, and events
  • Creating short videos and reels showcasing workshops & student journeys
  • Supporting brand storytelling with visual content
  • Maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms

Key requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Canva
  • Experience in both static and motion design
  • Strong creative sense + ability to work in a fast-paced startup

Bonus qualifications include:

  • Graphics and Graphic Design skills
  • Experience in Branding and Logo Design
  • Web Design skills
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Previous experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
