Job Title: Visionary Graphic Designer

The role of the Visionary Graphic Designer is to develop high-quality multimedia deliverables that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop visually appealing graphics, logos, and branding materials that align with clients' needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools to continually improve visual identity and overall brand image.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of target audience's needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in creating promotional content, e-learning, publishing house content, or any other related domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic tools.
  • Hands-on experience in motion graphics via Animate and ability to work on After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
  • Mindful of client needs and time constraints associated with project delivery.
