Job Title: Creative Visualizer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Creative Visualizer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization.
  • Design websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing, incorporating best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and objectives, staying updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on international brands or global campaigns.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, or video editing (nice to have).
