Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their growth while ensuring the highest standards of thoughtful and minimalistic design.
  • Ensure consistent application of our brand identity across all touchpoints, focusing on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals that convey subtle yet effective messages.
  • Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in luxury aesthetics, and apply them judiciously.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in elegant, high-end, and minimalist design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an asset.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create balanced and clean designs.
  • Ability to craft understated yet effective designs that communicate our brand message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
