Design Visionary
\We are seeking a highly skilled Design Visionary to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.
- Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
- Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
- Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
- Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within quality targets.
- Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice.
Requirements:
\- Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
- Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
- Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
