Client Service Specialist - Market Operations

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries related to market analysis, trade cancellation requests, and order execution.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and sound judgment to address client concerns and complaints via various channels.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive training on proprietary platforms, including trading systems and administrative portals, to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external departments worldwide to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing process enhancements to existing systems and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of client service strategies, policies, and procedures.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluent English communication with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • University degree in finance, economics, or related field with at least two years of experience in the financial industry.
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, margin methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong product knowledge: Equities, Options, Futures, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX, CFDs, Crypto.
  • Advanced proficiency in PC technologies, including Excel, Office Suite, and Email.
  • Troubleshooting skills with a critical thinking mindset, passionate about technology and financial markets.
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • NISM-certified Series 7 (Capital Markets) and Series 8 (Equity Derivatives) or currently pursuing these certifications.
