Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive professional to administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the platform, including working knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

This is a rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Willingness and ability to work in a rotational shift.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
