Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly and annual deployment plans to achieve hiring targets
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with application tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
