Job Description

The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving employee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and delivering exceptional employee experiences. This includes sensing and responding to employee sentiment in real-time, driving engagement, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

  • Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit in a seamless and consistent manner.
  • Senses and responds to the pulse of the organization on a real-time basis.
  • Executes gold-standard HR process interventions in Performance, Rewards and Recognition, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Engagement initiatives.
  • Handles employee grievances, fosters strong employee connect, and ensures adherence to disciplinary protocols.
  • Resolves Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations COE.

  • Active Listening: Skillful in listening attentively to employees and managers, grasping both explicit and implicit concerns to address them effectively.
Requirements:

A top-tier MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute is required. 3+ years of relevant experience in Employee Relations or a similar domain is preferred.
