We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring the high-quality delivery of custom web applications on Microsoft technologies. They will work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements, provide excellent customer support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those requirements.
  • Provide top-notch customer support and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
  • Analyze application performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements to optimize system efficiency.
  • Contribute to team planning activities, prioritize tasks, and manage backlogs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and escalate application issues or risks and suggest resolutions to mitigate potential problems.
  • Improve development processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in application support and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and diagnosing application issues using tools like New Relic, AppDynamics.
  • Experience with ASP.NET, C#, SQL, EPiServer CMS, REST API, Azure-OAuth, Azure Storage, Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell for automating support tasks.
  • Expertise in analyzing application logs to identify errors, exceptions, and performance indicators.
