Senior Technical Leader

A senior technical leader is required to provide direction and expertise within Specialist Engineering Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects and technical studies achieving company and project technical quality requirements
  • Promote technical expertise through publication of papers in industry-recognised journals and at technical conferences
  • Manage technical teams on studies and perform the role of Lead Process Engineer on SEC contracts

To succeed, you will demonstrate competencies in Technology Expertise, Analytical Skills, Customer Focus, Professional Network, Commercial Understanding, Technical Design, and Continuous Improvement.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant Engineering Discipline or Science (Chemical/Process Engineering preferred)
  • Chartered Engineer or Scientist with Fellow status in an appropriate professional institution
  • Proven experience as a Lead Process Engineer with a minimum of 15 years' experience in the oil and gas industry

As a flexible individual who can work confidently with data to interpret trends, issues, and risks, and generate options for presentation. Able to think creatively and work efficiently, keen to learn and share knowledge with others.
