
Sales Learning and Development Professional

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that involves leading the sales team in terms of training needs analysis, skill and competency gap identification, annual training plan preparation, and delivery of training modules.
- This position requires collaboration with business heads to conduct thorough training needs analysis and recommend appropriate training interventions for the sales team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key skill and competency gaps and recommending relevant training programs to bridge these gaps.
- A key responsibility of this role is to prepare an annual training plan and calendar for the sales force aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- We are seeking an experienced professional who can design and deliver engaging training modules on products such as equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives to support onboarding of new hires with induction & orientation sessions.
- The selected individual will be responsible for continuously updating training materials to reflect market developments, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
- Conducting Investor Awareness Programs in accordance with SEBI norms to promote financial literacy and product understanding is another critical aspect of this role.
- Supporting non-training initiatives such as new product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications will also be part of this job.
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- A winning mindset and learning attitude are essential qualities for this role.
- Educational background: Graduate/Postgraduate or Full-time MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales and training. Prior experience in training is not mandatory; individuals with experience in sales & good understanding of the mutual funds industry with orientation and flair for training & coaching can apply.
- NISM VA Certification is highly desirable (can be obtained before joining).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, willingness to travel and be on field are essential.
- Relevant Training & TTT Certification would be an added advantage.
- Staying updated with market news and mutual fund industry trends is crucial for this role.
