This role presents a chance to build and sustain key client relationships, focusing on renewal sales, delivering top-tier customer service, and fostering strong business ties.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively track subscription renewals and send timely reminders to customers via appropriate communication channels.
  • Engage in outbound telecalling to ensure clients are renewing their courses on time, promoting a seamless experience.
  • Provide exceptional support to existing customers, offering upgrades and superior after-sales service.
  • Maintain thorough records of all current and potential clients, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Drive Renewal Collection targets, exceeding defined monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales quotas through dedicated efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge about offered courses, clarifying information as required to meet client needs.
  • Establish strong connections with customers at various touchpoints (welcome calls, service/feedback calls, renewal calls).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar Renewal Sales capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, coupled with strong time- and project-management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, complemented by effective communication and superior customer service skills.
