**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop business strategies and achieve sales goals for Kolkata & Delhi locations.

- Create sustainable channels for growth through new business partner acquisition.

- Manage Distribution Sales Executives and oversee land-and-expand processes, from manual outreach to onboarding and expansion.

- Review weekly/monthly/annual sales plans, prepare forecasts, and create sales performance reports with market intelligence and KPIs for organizational planning and improvement.

- Present area sales reports to management and collaborate with Marketing (PR & Media) teams to gather customer feedback for effective product campaigns.

**Ideal Candidate:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales & Marketing/Business Management with 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations based on trends and data.

- In-depth understanding of marketing techniques and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.

**Salary Estimate:** ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum (approximate), depending on qualifications and experience.
