We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer - UX Designer to join our rapidly growing team across regions. If you're passionate about deepening your expertise in cutting-edge technologies, then this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interfaces for internal and external banking websites, native mobile applications, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, standards, and changes in mobile design.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is beneficial
  • Experience designing web and mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of User Experience design principles, including journey mapping, prototyping, and UX copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum environments
  • Deep knowledge of Apple's human interface guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, and Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools.
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent graphic design skills for creating marketing and branding collateral.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills.
