About the Role

As a Senior UX Visionary, you will lead our design vision from Bengaluru and shape how recruiters, candidates, and companies experience AI in hiring for the next decade.

With a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, you will define and evolve JobTwine's UX vision, design system, and product aesthetics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative UX designs for resume shortlisting flows, AI avatar interviews, AI Copilot, recruiter dashboards, candidate journeys, and CXO-level ROI analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Founder & Core Engineering Team to set the design DNA of the company.
