  • Responsibilities: Design and develop web and mobile applications that deliver compelling, seamless customer experiences
  • Create high-level storyboards, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction concepts
  • Ensure consistent, efficient, and enjoyable UX design across products
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and researchers to build new products and features, as well as enhance existing ones
  • Translate customer insights into intuitive, user-centered designs, crafting a clear and engaging narrative around them
  • Commission and participate in user research and testing, analyzing findings to inform design decisions

  • Work with stakeholders to understand and define customer value

  • Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven expertise in creating and applying personas, customer journey maps (CJMs), mind maps, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Proficiency with graphic design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, and others
  • Strong visual design skills
  • Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative user testing methodologies
  • Experience working effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to clearly present and justify UI/UX design decisions
  • A portfolio showcasing the above skills
  • Strong communication skills, with an English level of B2 or higher
