About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to gather insights.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and QA to align design outcomes with business goals.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces while ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Work closely with UI designers and developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and usability test results.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of professional UX design experience in web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to create responsive and user-friendly designs across multiple platforms.
  • Good communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating in agile/scrum environments is a plus.
  • Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is a plus.

Good to Have (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
  • Portfolio demonstrating past UX projects (required).
