Transforming healthcare through technology and design is our passion. As a seasoned UI/UX Lead, you will play a key role in shaping product experiences for doctors, patients, and internal teams. Your expertise in driving the design vision, building scalable design systems, and delivering intuitive user-centered digital healthcare experiences will be invaluable to our organization.

About the Role

You will lead by example, guiding designers to create innovative, accessible, and delightful user experiences that drive adoption and impact in the healthcare ecosystem. In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams while mentoring a team of designers to create impactful healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.
  • Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy for our healthcare applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
  • Create and manage design systems, style guides, and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, responsive principles, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Your expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools, along with your knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy, will make you an ideal fit for this role.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
