Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Performance Specialties team in India.
About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual sales budgets to meet financial objectives
- Manage key accounts in the coatings sector, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the local technical service team and global R&D team to identify new business opportunities and products
- Analyze customer needs, draw conclusions, and create solutions to drive sales growth
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- B.E/B.Tech in Chemical/Polymer Science or M.Sc in Chemistry, preferably with an MBA
- 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in specialty chemicals
- Prior experience of working on water-based and solvent-based formulations in R&D is an added advantage
