The Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize our IT systems. As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex technical issues, providing timely solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting. You will work closely with Japanese-speaking clients and internal technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.

  • Oversee the optimization of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and high levels of performance.

  • Participate in IT projects involving Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring requirements are well understood and met.
  • Translate technical documents, reports, and user manuals from Japanese to English and vice versa.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages is a plus.
