Scale Up Infrastructure and Expand Reach

This role is pivotal in driving strategic expansion across new geographies while strengthening existing units/premises through infrastructure development, vendor management, and compliance oversight.

The successful candidate will lead planning and execution of new property development and expansion of existing facilities. Conducting feasibility studies including manpower availability, accessibility requirements, and operational readiness will be a key responsibility area. Ensuring all premises are designed to be inclusive and accessible for persons with disabilities will also be crucial.

Budget & Resource Management
- Manages infrastructure budgets ranging from ₹15–20 Crores with accountability for cost control and value optimization.
- Oversees vendor contracts, especially in civil works, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance.

Compliance & Regulatory Approvals
- Demonstrates working knowledge of government permissions and statutory requirements for new setups and expansions.
- Liaises with local authorities to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Maintains documentation and audit readiness across all infrastructure projects.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Builds and manages relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and government bodies.
- Ensures transparent procurement processes and performance monitoring of vendors.

People Leadership & Communication
- Leads cross-functional teams involved in infrastructure planning and execution.
- Demonstrates strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
- Communicates effectively in Kannada and Hindi to engage with local stakeholders and communities.

Preferred Profile
- Proven experience in infrastructure development, preferably in multi-site expansion projects.
- Exposure to civil works, vendor negotiations, and site feasibility assessments.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and government approval processes.
- Multilingual fluency (Kannada and Hindi) is essential.
