Job Title: IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure manager to oversee the smooth operation of our technical systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving high-level technical issues, providing support to end-users, and ensuring the reliable functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Support:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and escalations.
  2. Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software applications.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established SLAs, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  1. System & Infrastructure Maintenance:
  1. Oversee system updates, patches, and upgrades, and monitor systems to ensure reliability and security.
  2. Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain network integrity and optimize system performance.
  3. Manage and support corporate IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
  1. Project Support:
  1. Assist in the implementation of new technologies, enhancements, and integrations.
  2. Lead or participate in IT projects such as network upgrades, infrastructure deployments, and system migrations.
  3. Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines, maintaining minimal disruption to business operations.
  1. Security & Compliance:
  1. Ensure that IT support processes adhere to company security policies and regulatory requirements.
  2. Support data protection and compliance initiatives, including regular audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role, preferably from Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows, and preferably in Linux, and/or Mac OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with networking, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience with security and compliance best practices.
