Seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our 24x7 Global Command Center operations for infrastructure monitoring, event correlation, and incident response. Key responsibilities include managing Service Desk operations, ensuring SLA compliance, CSAT improvement, and seamless end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Global Command Center (GCC) to monitor infrastructure, respond to events, and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
  • Lead the Service Desk team to provide proactive and reactive support to end-users, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and productivity.
  • Drive patching and automation activities using various tools, including SCCM, Batch Patch, Hyper-V, and others.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize infrastructure performance, leveraging tools like ServiceNow ITOM, SolarWinds, and SCCM.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, patching, and automation technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, SolarWinds, SCCM, Batch Patch, and Hyper-V.
  • Proven track record of managing Service Desk & GCC operations in large-scale environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA-driven service delivery.
