Marketing Leadership Role

The position of Senior Manager, Marketing is a key appointment for our organization. As the Creative Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how one of the world's most iconic brands comes to life in our markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for architecting and aligning creative strategy for HST in INSWA, encompassing both base business and innovation launches.
  • Drive strategic leadership in IMX, collaborating with the IMX Lead and end-to-end teams to embed strategic thinking throughout the Integrated Marketing Experience process.
  • Incorporate research and measurement into campaign development, helping define measurement frameworks to evaluate and optimize creative outputs.
  • Champion global-local translation, translating global regional brand direction into local strategies that resonate with consumers and future-proof the brand.
  • Foster collaboration and creative rigor, building a collaborative high-performance culture across brand and agency teams.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred master's degree in communication or marketing.
  • 8-10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or brand planning are essential.
  • Proven experience working with or within top-tier creative agencies is highly valued.
  • A track record of shaping and inspiring award-winning or high-impact creative campaigns is expected.
