Key Account Strategist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Strategist to join our global ad sales team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining ambitious goals for how our sales team can better serve advertisers.
About the Role:
- Build relationships with product, marketing, finance, and HR leadership to define multi-year operating plans for global division of ad sales.
- Own quarterly business reviews, leading finance, sales, and strategy leads in compiling a document for ad sales VPs.
- Define metrics, tools, and processes needed to set and achieve product adoption, revenue, and sales productivity goals.
- Identify gaps to goals, build mechanisms to close, implement change with peers in leadership, monitor impact, and enable ad sales to deliver on ambitious targets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and expansion.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Analyzing data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales strategy and planning.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience analyzing data and presenting insights to senior leadership.
