Strategic Talent Sourcing Manager

The Strategic Talent Sourcing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and hiring top talent to support our clients. This position requires strong analytical and decision-making abilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms for our organization.
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to drive results, while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the success of recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role, preferably with 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International recruitment experience, particularly in developing markets.
  • Knowledge of using various HRMS tools and technologies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
